You may find small particles of pollen or wax in jars because we do not extensively filter our Raw Honey to remove its natural healing properties.
Our Raw Honey also crystalizes. This is a natural process where sugars under certain temperatures become crystals, or when you put our honey in the fridge. In case it does, simply put the jar in warm water for ~20 mins and it will become runny again.
