A: Yes, crystallization is a natural process in raw honey. It does not mean the honey has gone bad. Some types, like Sunflower Honey, may crystallize faster due to their glucose content. If you prefer it in liquid form, you can gently warm the jar.

pollen or bee wax. Do not worry about it. This is as natural and raw as it can get.
